B-Fit is a healthy, exercise and wellness program to help older adults live healthy, activity lifestyles.  Get fit, have fun, make friends!  Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in this B-fit standing and sitting workout.  Fitness and fun come together as you alternate non-impact aerobics choreography with upper-body strengthening exercises using hand-held weights, and stretchy-bands.  A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Classes will be taught by Lolly Mertis, a certified instructor on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
