· Nutrition topics important to you
· Simple exercises to fit into your day
· Making healthy foods (best part – you get to sample the recipe!)

February 6th at 12:30pm: Tips for Losing Weigh & Keeping it Off Topic: Your Healthy Weight and/or Daily Calorie Needs
March 5th at 12:30pm: Making Healthy Eating a Part of Your Lifestyle Topic: Carb Alternatives and How to Build a Healthy Eating Pattern
April 2nd at 12:30pm: Physical Activity is the Key to Living Well
